He called the night before, and scheduled for around 9am. He called the day of saying he was about 20 minutes away, then showed up 20 minutes later at 9am. Pleasant, friendly, and did not waste any time. Had the system back up and running within 20-30 minutes.

Joshua was professional and courteous. When he arrived, it was raining. Each time he entered the house he removed his work boots so not to bring in wet dam dirt onto my flooring. He diagnosed the problem, made the repair, and briefed me what the cause and cure was for my a/c. This made for a quick resolution rekindled a belief there are true professionals still out there.
