HVAC Service
Residential and light Commercial heating and cooling is our specialty. When you call for service, we look at your complete HVAC system: from refrigerant levels, to air handling, to drainage. Then we discuss our diagnosis of the issue with you and give recommendations for an immediate fix as well as a long-term solution. If a replacement is needed, we are licensed and bonded to install all major brands.
Whatever the season, Spring, Summer, Fall or Winter, your comfort is important. We work with you to find a solution that fits your heating and air conditioning needs. We explain all of your available options, so that you can choose the system that’s right for your home or business, ensuring that the equipment for your space is the right size and installed properly so you stay comfy and save money on utility bills.
Preventative Maintenance
Maximize the life of your heating and cooling (HVAC) equipment with regular inspections and cleanings. Unlike a maintenance "contract", which runs on the subscription model, our maintenance "agreement" is paid per maintenance call.
When you sign up for our PM Agreement, we will call you to schedule the appropriate maintenance checks for the coming season:
Winter Maintenance (scheduled during Fall months)
1. Check all electrical connections
2. Check gas pressure
3. Inspect heat exchanger for cracks
4. Inspect ID fan
5. Inspect safety controls
6. Check heating elements
7. Check reversing valve
8. Check defrosts controls
Summer Maintenance (scheduled in early Spring)
1. Clean condenser coil
2. Clean evaporator coil
3. Clear drains
4. Check refrigerant charge
5. Check minor electrical components
6. Check all electrical connections
7. Clean condensation pumps
Refrigeration and Ice Machine Service
Downtime in refrigeration often means loss of product or even closing for days at a time. Refrigeration, while similar to air conditioning, is a completely different beast. The systems have vastly different control systems, use different refrigerants, and require separate training and licensing. We have decades of experience to get you up and running fast.
